Eligibility Criteria

To use Nikah Dream, You and any third party on whose behalf You are acting must:

1. Be at least 18 years old.

2. Be legally competent to marry under applicable laws and regulations.

3. Meet the legal requirements of your jurisdiction.

Advertising Content

You are responsible for all personal information and images (“Content”) provided for Matrimonial Advertisements.

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any Content that violates our ethical guidelines or legal standards.

All images uploaded to Nikah Dream will have a watermark for identification and protection against misuse.

Conditions of Use

You are permitted to use the Site solely for its intended purpose as described above.

Compliance: Ensure all Content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

Accuracy: Update and correct any inaccuracies in your Content promptly. Verification will be done by Nikah Dream before membership approval.

Membership Process

Submit your details via WhatsApp (+94 778641001).

A membership form will be sent to you for completion.

After profile verification, your membership will be approved.

Representations and Warranties

By using Nikah Dream.com, you confirm that:

1. You meet all eligibility criteria.

2. You have obtained the necessary consent from any third party whose information is included in your advertisement.

3. All information you provide is accurate, current, and legally valid.

4. You are not prohibited by any applicable laws or third-party agreements from sharing your information on the Site.

Your personal information and identity, and those of any third party on whose behalf you access or use Nikah Dream, will remain confidential, except in the following circumstances:

Termination / Consequences

This Agreement will terminate immediately under the following circumstances:

Consequences of Termination

In the event of termination, we reserve the right to immediately, and without prior notice or liability, terminate your access to and use of Nikah Dream and remove your Content from the Site.

Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time at our sole discretion. The updated Terms and Conditions will take effect immediately upon posting on Nikah Dream. Your continued use of the Site after any such amendments will be deemed as acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka.

False Information

If you provide fraudulent or inaccurate information, your membership may be revoked, and any fees paid will be non-refundable.

Communication

Members can communicate with other profiles through the following options:

1. Direct calling

2. WhatsApp

3. Internal messaging

Civil status requirements:

For direct communication, the civil status must match. If it does not, members should first express interest via internal messaging.

Profile View and Communications

Groom-seeking members: Cannot view contact details of profiles under certain age groups. They must use internal messaging to express interest.

Bride-seeking members: Cannot view contact details of older age profiles. Internal communication must be used to express interest.

Groom-seeking members can only browse groom profiles.

Third Parties

We do not accept registrations from third-party marriage services, matrimonial services, or marriage brokers. Any profiles found to be associated with such services will be terminated without notice, and membership fees will be non-refundable. We may take legal action against such activities.

Membership & Profile Verification

To verify your profile and membership, members are required to provide the following:

1. Full names of the bride or groom and their parents.

2. The NIC back image of the bride or groom for verification.

Publishing false or unauthorized information is strictly prohibited, and any fees paid will be non-refundable.
